Partial Planning is designed for couples who’ve already made a few key decisions but need expert guidance to refine, organize, and elevate the rest. Whether you’ve booked your venue, locked in a few vendors, or have a general vision in mind, we step in to help you fill in the gaps, finalize the details, and ensure your wedding day flows seamlessly.

We’ll help you tie everything together with thoughtful structure, creative insight, and hands-on support — so the celebration you’ve been building feels cohesive, intentional, and effortlessly you.

Complimentary Consultation: Enjoy a 30-minute call prior to booking to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and share your dream wedding vision with TTE&CO!

PRE-WEDDING

Check-In Meetings: (Starting 8 weeks prior to the event) three meetings to discuss details, timelines, and vendor confirmations.

Convenient Communication: Enjoy the convenience of email communication for questions, updates, and feedback.

Venue Site Walk: To assess the venue's capabilities and potential layout for the event, allowing TTE&CO to provide expert guidance and recommendations while still respecting the client's existing plans and vision.

Vendor Recommendations: Supplying a curated list of needed vendor recommendations specific to the clients wedding vision (photographers, florists, caterers, etc.)

Vendor Contract Reviews: To ensure the client's interests are protected by thoroughly examining the terms and conditions of each contract, identifying any potential risks or issues.

Venue Floorplan Design: To visually map out the layout of the ceremony and reception space at the venue, helping the couple visualize the flow of their event and optimize space usage.

Timeline Creation: Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline, ensuring all elements are coordinated.

Vendor Coordination: (4 weeks prior to the event) Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding.

Ceremony Rehearsal: Facilitate the rehearsal to ensure all participants are aware of their roles and timing.

WEDDING DAY

On-site Hours: Up to ten hours on-site with your 2 designated planners, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details.

Processional: Directing the ceremony processional to ensure participates are in tune with timing, as well as provide DJ/audio cues.

Event Setup: Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception, to include setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

Point of Contact: Acting as the point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, and guests.

Wedding Party/Guests: Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed, ensuring they are following the event timeline and are organized for photos, ceremony placement and roles (i.e. ring bearer, vow book, holding bouquet, fluffing the train, pinning of boutonnières, flower distribution, etc.).

Vendor Payments: Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors.

Emergencies: Providing an emergency kit and dealing with any unforeseen hiccups.

Event Conclusion: Assist with light ceremony and reception clean up (ex. removal of decor, confirm pick up of rented items, etc.). *trash removal is not included.

Day-of Coordination

Starting at $1,400

Our Day-of Coordination service is for the couple who’s done the work and wants the confidence to step back, breathe, and soak it all in. We step in during the final weeks to finalize logistics, communicate with vendors, create timelines, and manage every detail on the wedding day — so nothing is left to chance, and you don’t have to play host on the day you should just be you.

From first look to final toast, we’re the calm behind the curtain — making sure your day flows with intention, care, and ease.
